Annual Legislative Breakfast

Hello!

Last Friday, CEC 20 held its Annual Legislative Breakfast which provided a wonderful opportunity for our school communities to come together and build meaningful connections. It was fantastic to see school staff, including our dedicated principals and parent coordinators, alongside PTA presidents, connecting directly with political officials and district staff. These conversations are important for ensuring our students' voices are heard and that we continue to work collaboratively toward a brighter future for all our children.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Principal Shapiro for providing such a beautiful space and for graciously hosting us. We are also incredibly grateful to his helpful staff, whose hard work behind the scenes ensured the event ran seamlessly and felt welcoming for everyone. 

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the positive energy in the room including Principals, Parent Coordinators, PTA Members, District 20 Staff, CEC 20 Members, and Political Officials. We look forward to seeing the continued collaboration.
